- Cancellation of a course must be communicated in writing to the school. The date of the email will determine the cancellation date. If you decide to cancel your course, the cancellation conditions are as follows:
- More than 30 days before the start of the course, we will refund 100% of the amount paid (course and accommodation) less a €60 management fee.
- Between 30 and 15 days before the start of the course, we will refund 75% of the amount paid (course and accommodation) less a €60 management fee.
- Between 15 and 6 days before the start of the course, we will refund 50% of the amount paid (only for the course, not for accommodation) less a €60 administration fee. – Less than 6 days before the start of the course, we do not refund any amount paid.
In any of the options, you can postpone the course without any cost up to 7 days before the start of the course. Once the course has started, Debla will not refund any payment made for the course or accommodation.

Teacher supervising activities, with experienced staff supervising small groups of campers.
Staff must have qualifications in education, child development and first aid training. Language skills are an added advantage (all are native Spanish speakers and can speak English).

Yes. You can book your course and change the date up to 7 days before the start of the Spanish lessons
If the event that your flight is delayed, you need to contact the driver through the number that you have been provided with previously. In addition, if your host family is waiting for you, it would also be advisable to let them know.
In case you have a serious problem in relation to the accommodation, you must notify the school office as soon as possible to solve it or, if necessary, proceed to change the accommodation. You will be informed of the conditions to change. For any problem or query about the accommodation, you have the office staff at your disposal.
